Interested in working with a small team of creative professionals to co-create possible solutions for real challenges? Utilize your co-creation skills in ideation and prototype development while also learning more about how to communicate your expertise and how to begin to build a network for expanded collaborations?

Luova Lämpiö co-research project is looking for artists and creative professionals to participate in a Challenge Lab workshop series. Participation is compensated. Luova Lämpiö research team studies methods for forming novel, mutually beneficial cross-sector partnerships and collaborations by bringing artists and creative professionals to attend to unique business challenges.

Luova Lämpiö co-research project uses a multi-case study structure consisting of Challenge Labs and Experimental Interface Studios, to develop a model for forming and facilitating ethical, cross-sector partnerships and collaborations, which are established on sustainable, mutually beneficial and fair partnering and contracting practices. The aim of the research is to expand the landscape of collaborations, to develop their facilitation strategies, and ultimately support a broader transition into a culture of diverse partnership models that respects the values and aims of all partnering parties. These Open Call challenge labs start the series of opportunities for artists and creative professionals to engage with the process of method and model development.

Luova Lämpiö co-research project is funded by Business Finland (Next GenrationEU), Aalto university’s School of Art, Design and Architecture & School of Business as well as various Finnish companies.
